Our restaurant sits on the Skyview Balcony, perched on the edge of Tamborine Mountain. Open air, slow service, and a panorama that runs from the hinterland ranges out to the Gold Coast skyline.

A taste of what we
cook
A handful of dishes from the current menu — chosen because they travel well from the kitchen to the balcony, and because they tell you what to expect from the rest.
Rainforest Smash
Whipped feta and avocado smash on charred sourdough, with roast beetroot purée, native dukkah and a bush honey drizzle. A bright, herbal opener to a slow morning.
Market Fish
Pan-seared barramundi over herb potatoes with seasonal greens and a lemon myrtle dressing. Plated with the Gold Coast view in mind.
The Estate Burger
Grass-fed beef patty, aged cheddar, house pickles, tomato relish and wild rocket on a toasted bun, served with battered chips. Comfort food, done properly.
Korean Chicken Bowl
Crispy buttermilk chicken over sticky rice with house kimchi, pickled vegetables, sesame miso dressing and a chilli glaze. The dish to share between glasses on the Skyview Balcony.
