Designed for engaged couples, their families and anyone who appreciates exceptional food, the evening offers an opportunity to experience the dining, atmosphere and reception setting at Hilltop Estate after dark.

Tickets are non-refundable for cancellations or change of mind but may be transferred to another guest by contacting Hilltop Estate before the event. This does not limit any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
In the unlikely event that Hilltop Estate cancels or materially changes the evening, all ticket holders will be contacted as soon as possible and provided with the appropriate remedy, including a full refund where required.
Questions & answers
Not at all. The evening is designed for couples planning their wedding, family members helping with the celebration, and anyone who simply appreciates exceptional food and would enjoy an evening at Hilltop Estate.
Dining begins at 6:00 pm, but the bar opens at 5:00 pm and guests are warmly encouraged to come early — enjoy a drink on the balcony, watch the sunset over the hinterland and wander the estate while it's still light.
Drinks are not included in the ticket price. Beer, wine, sparkling wine, soft drinks and other available beverages can be purchased from the Hilltop Estate bar throughout the evening — and the bar stays open until late, so you're welcome to stay on after food service concludes.
The tasting menu includes a range of gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian dishes as identified on the menu. As this is a curated tasting event, we may not be able to accommodate every dietary requirement or menu substitution. Guests should contact Hilltop Estate before purchasing if they have a serious allergy or specific dietary requirement.
Yes — guests are welcome to explore the estate's principal wedding and reception spaces during the evening. If you'd like a dedicated private tour of the full estate, you can also book one for another day.
Yes. You can purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction — many guests bring partners, parents or their wedding party along.
Yes. Tickets may be transferred to another guest — just contact Hilltop Estate before the event with the new guest's name.
Hilltop Estate is at 1525 Tamborine Oxenford Road, Wongawallan QLD 4210 — on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast Hinterland, about 25 minutes from the Gold Coast and 50 minutes from Brisbane.
Yes — free on-site parking is available at the estate for all guests.
